Back Country Vault — Return & Refund Policy
Return window: 7 days from date of delivery. Return shipping: customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Aureum Vibe LLC, operating as Back Country Vault.
Back Country Vault is the merchant of record for all transactions. All returns, exchanges, and refund decisions are handled directly by our company.
Certain products fulfilled through authorized manufacturers, including Summerset Professional Grills, follow additional manufacturer return requirements as outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- The assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be included
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be present
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Back Country Vault within 7 days of delivery to request an RMA.
- For Summerset products, Back Country Vault will coordinate required return approval with the manufacturer before issuing an RMA.
- Securely package the product and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipment.
- Ship the item within 7 days of RMA approval using a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking and repackaging fee, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
- Summerset-brand products follow Summerset’s manufacturer return requirements, including restocking fees, unless an exception is approved by Summerset management.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- Additional bank processing time (10–14 days) may apply depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Change-of-mind exchanges are not offered. All applicable shipping and restocking costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items not returned in original packaging
- Products returned without an approved RMA
- Clearance or final-sale items
Special Situations

Defective or Damaged Items:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. -
Incorrect Items:
If an incorrect item is received, Back Country Vault will cover return shipping and send the correct product. -
Lost Shipments:
We will work with the carrier to investigate and issue a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
Additional Requirements for Summerset Products
Summerset Professional Grills requires the following for all Summerset-brand returns:
- Manufacturer approval is required prior to return shipment
- All return requests must be initiated through Back Country Vault
- A manufacturer-issued RMA must appear on the package
- Shipments must be addressed exactly as instructed
- Credit is issued only after the product is received, inspected, and signed for by the manufacturer’s returns department
- Approved refunds are typically issued within 1–3 business days after receipt and inspection
Agreement
By purchasing from Back Country Vault, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
